Having a high drive dog that likes to carry things, likes to play rough war of tug etc. than teeth can be in danger, i.e. Chessy knocked I3R down out. And crazy as she is, she did not even show any problem, so we did not even notice when, why, how did it happen.
Daisy had an injury as a puppy while our May bumped with his head into her head. Since then, she is blind on her left eye and obviously is missing P3L up since then. So we had to be careful choosing a stud for her. Well, so far we checked Grand's, Glory's and Grace's (Luna's) teeth, and they all have full dentition, even more, Grace has one tooth more (P4R up is extra adult tooth).
Her sister Duffy on the other hand has full dentition, but needed cleaning of her teeth, so we took her with agreement with her owners to the vet, where they also removed one broken-injured tooth in the back (P2L up).
Pretty has also full dentition, but she injured I3L down so badly, that it made her problems, so it was removed in March 2018 along with one more injured-broken tooth (P4L up).
